shopGourmet.com is committed to providing a wide assortment of the highest quality specialty gourmet food products and services at competitive prices.We currently have access to over 30,000 specialty and gourmet grocery products with new items added monthly. What makes us different from other sellers of specialty food?

The biggest difference is we own all of our inventory, your order actually comes from our warehouse!  The vast majority of food web sites (98+%) are just virtual store fronts that pass your orders to others to fulfill.  This is why we provide 100% customer satisfaction...you are our customer, you are buying directly from us, you will be satisfied or your money back!

 

Shipping

All orders include FREE UPS Ground as the shipping method within the continental US.  Orders will usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of when the order is placed. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We require a $18.50 intercept fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to the customer’s error.We do not ship internationally at this time.  We will process all frozen and refrigerated orders Sunday-Tuesday.  Once the perishable item is processed and tracking information assigned we will not be able to cancel the order. We reserve the right to make logical decisions regarding ship date based on weather conditions to ensure frozen and refrigerated orders arrive in the best condition possible. We cannot accommodate requests to hold placed orders for future ship dates. Please double check all address information for your orders. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

 

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards through Stripe. We do not store any bank or credit card information.  If you have any questions or concerns about charges to your credit or debit card, please contact us. 

 

Privacy

shopGourmet.com respects the privacy of each and every customer and visitor of our site. We do not house customer financial data and never disclose personal information.

 

Return Policy

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at Alyssa.StJohn@kehe.com. New condition items can be returned to us for any reason within 10 days from the delivery date with no restocking fee (you simply pay the return shipping). Refunds are processed through Stripe and take 3 to 5 business days to post to your account.
